- Perform aircraft pre-purchase and acceptance inspections
- Accomplish aircraft evaluation and historical records review
- Perform facility technical capability and performance audits
- On-Site coordination of maintenance and modification projects
- Monitor budget, schedule and quality of workmanship at contracted facility
- Furnish long-term on-site program management
- Coordinate Powerplant borescope inspection and condition reports.
